Report: Tameka Foster Has Plastic Surgery Emergency

Usher’s wife Tameka Foster Raymond has suffered serious complications from plastic surgery in Brazil, reports Access Hollywood.

On Saturday night, Usher canceled his performance at the Recording Academy and Clive Davis’s pre-Grammy Gala. Davis told party-goers the singer had to bow out due to a “serious injury in the family.”

On Sunday, Davis, Sony Music Worldwide’s chief creative officer, told PEOPLE. “I talked to his mom. My thoughts are with them, whatever they’re facing.”

Foster, 37, gave birth to the couple’s second child, Naveid Ely Raymond, in December. The two have an older son, Usher Raymond V, and Foster also has three sons from a previous relationship.

The couple have been married since August 2007.

During a shopping trip in New York City over the weekend with little sister Ali and mom-ager Dina, the thrice-rehabbed starlet, 22, revealed a twiggy figure that was worryingly reminiscent of her undernourished state from 2005, when she was hanging out with a then-consumptive-looking Nicole Richie.

In paparazzi pics from the outing, Lohan, whose DJ inamorata was a no-show, displays an eroded waistline, clarinet-like stems (encased in de rigueur leggings) and a protruding spine as she enjoys some retail therapy.

But according to OK!, Lohan’s bottom line isn’t the only one that’s being whittled away.

“Sam has gotten so thin from Red Bull, cigarettes and stress related to life with Lindsay,” a Ronson pal maintains to the mag. “Lindsay is bad for Sam’s health.”

Another insider alleges the pair is in a poundage war to see who can out-gaunt the other.

“Lindsay is obsessed with her weight,” asserts a Lohan source. “It’s hard to be with another woman and not compare bodies. And Sam herself loves being skinny and prefers Lindsay super-lean.”

As usual, Lohan’s rep insists all is well.

“This story is not true; there is no competition,” the mouthpiece pooh-poohs to the mag. “Lindsay is fine.”

When pressed by the New York Post, the spokeswoman allowed, “Lindsay is aware that she’s lost some weight due to stress, but we recently did a photo shoot and she ate two full meals.”

In 2006, Lohan acknowledged to Allure that her rickety state from the year before didn’t “look healthy. I kind of didn’t realize that. … It was an attention thing, too. You start to wonder if your friends are your friends because you look a certain way.”

That year, she also revealed to Vanity Fair how she started “bawling” after Tina Fey and producer Lorne Michaels confronted her about her weight when she appeared on “Saturday Night Live” in May 2005.

“I knew I had a problem and I couldn’t admit it,” she recalled. “I saw that ‘SNL’ after I did it. My arms were disgusting. I had no arms.”

Alyssa Milano granted restraining order

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Alyssa Milano has received a restraining order against a man she says has repeatedly tried to contact her and showed up at her home unannounced.

Records show a judge in Ventura County granted Milano a three-year restraining order on Dec. 23 against Jeff Turner, who lives in Northern California.

Milano wrote in court documents that Turner had hiked miles to try to meet her and repeatedly called to get access to an event where she was appearing.

Milano, who recently announced her engagement to Hollywood agent David Bugliari, is best known for her roles on television series such as “Who’s the Boss?” “Charmed” and a recurring role on “My Name is Earl.”

Jodie Sweetin Says She’s ‘100 Percent Sober’

 

Jodie Sweetin is speaking out for the first time about her estranged husband’s allegations in court papers that she had a substance abuse relapse – and media speculation about her recovery.

“There are a lot of things being said about my using that are not going on right now,” Sweetin, 26, tells PEOPLE exclusively in the new issue. “I want to make it known that I am absolutely, 100 percent sober.”

The former Full House star and recovering alcoholic and meth addict – who showed off her new baby girl Zoie on the cover of PEOPLE in June – admits she did have one relapse over the summer when she drank several glasses of wine with dinner.

“I immediately called other people who are in recovery,” says Sweetin, who’s currently in a 12-step program. “Any slip for me is not good, but I didn’t let it stall my progress. I could have just not said anything and brushed it under the rug. But that doesn’t help me make different choices in the future. Zoie comes first for me, as well as my sobriety.”

But Sweetin’s husband Cody Herpin, 31, says she’s had more than one relapse, and he’s concerned about their 9-month-old daughter. “She has continuously broken her sobriety since Zoie was born,” says Herpin, who filed for sole custody. “I’m worried about Zoie.”

A judge ruled on Dec. 17 that the couple share 50-50 custody of their daughter for now, and that Sweetin’s custodial time would take place at her parents’ home, where she currently lives, or in the presence of one of her parents. A court psychologist also testified that she doesn’t believe Sweetin poses a threat to the child. Both sides have been ordered to undergo drug testing before their next hearing on Feb. 9.

As for the split (Sweetin filed for legal separation on Nov. 19), says she would like to keep the reasons behind it private, but adds, “It’s been difficult.”

For his part, Herpin says those reasons remain a mystery to him. “She never even told me, ‘We’re getting a divorce.’ I had to find out from her attorney. To this day, I still have no idea why.”

It’s Official: Fergie & Josh Are Married!

 

In a white fantasy wedding, Fergie and Josh Duhamel were married Saturday under magnolias filled with thousands of white roses, PEOPLE confirms.

The Black Eyed Peas singer, 33, wearing a Dolce & Gabbana gown, and the actor, 36, tied the knot at the Church Estates Vineyards in Malibu.

Fergie carried a bouquet of white flowers studded with crystals as the couple exchanged H. Stern rings engraved with personal messages. Ten bridesmaids were dressed in contrasting black.

Fergie’s specially-designed engagement ring featured a 4-carat brilliant cut diamond set amid other diamonds. A narrowed diamond wedding band completed the set. Duhamel’s ring was made of white gold with a brushed finish.

The ceremony was followed by a reception in a tent decorated as a forest of trees, with the ceiling covered in lights.

Among the invited guests were new parents Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell, Mario Lopez, Stacy Keibler, Kid Rock, Slash, Kate Hudson (Fergie’s costar in her upcoming movie Nine), the members of Black Eyed Peas including will.i.am, and Duhamel’s Las Vegas costars James Caan, Molly Sims and Vanessa Marcil.

Also expected were Duhamel’s family, who flew in from his home state North Dakota. “His family are so excited,” says a friend of the couple. “They really love Fergie and are so happy to welcome her to the family.”

Fergie, aka Stacey Ferguson, who has been working out to prepare for her wedding, “has lost all the weight,” says a source. “She looked amazing.”

The wedding week kicked off Wednesday night with a joint bachelor-bachelorette party at the newly opened Dakota Lounge in Santa Monica, followed by a Hawaiian-themed rehearsal dinner on Friday.

“Josh is a great guy,” says Mario Lopez, who shared his first kiss with Fergie as kids and later became close friends with the singer. “They will be great together.”

Brad Pitt Sets Record Straight on Jen Vs. Angelina

 

Forget any potential catfight between Brad Pitt’s former wife, Jennifer Aniston, and his current partner, Angelina Jolie, the actor says in a new interview.

Despite Aniston’s recent comment to Vogue in which she called Jolie “really uncool” for revealing how she (Jolie) couldn’t wait to go to work with the married actor on Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Pitt tells the February issue of W magazine, “Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there’s a second round to all of that Angie versus Jen. It’s so created.”

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button star, 45, also says of Aniston, “We still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don’t see how there cannot be [that]. That’s life, man. That’s life.”

As for his take on what took place with Jolie off-camera during the 2003 Mr. & Mrs. Smith shoot, he says, “What people don’t understand is that we filmed for a year. We were still filming after Jen and I split up. Even then it doesn’t mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn’t.”

He adds, “I’m very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful. [The film] will mean something to our kids. It will, that’s all.”
